Whether you dream of making a career out of professional wrestling, or simply want to get fit with friends, this coaching program will get help your body and mind acclimatise to the wonderful world of professional wrestling. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:30pm - 7:30pm, and you can attend one or two per week.
