  • Suitable for all those comfortable bumping and running the ropes. The session covers all aspects of pro wrestling. For ages 16+.

    Core

    Suitable for all those comfortable bumping and running the ropes. The session covers all aspects of pro wrestling.

    Two hour session
    5 minutes stretching
    30 minutes conditioning
    10 minutes rolls
    1 hour 15 minutes skill-based training

  • Suitable for all abilities. The session focuses on wrestling cardio inspired by Joe’s time at the WWE Performance Centre. For ages 16+.

    Conditioning

    Suitable for all abilities. The session focuses on wrestling cardio inspired by Joe’s time at the WWE Performance Centre.
    For ages 16+.

    One hour session
    5 minutes stretching
    5 minutes warm-up
    45 minutes conditioning
    5 minutes cool down

    Two hour session
    This unique session focuses on real-time, personalised coaching of your in-ring wrestling.

    If you've been wrestling for a few years and really want to accelerate your progression, this is the session for you.

  • Classes for children aged 10 - 15 years of age, taught by experienced & vetted coaches.

    Classes for children aged 10 - 15 years of age, taught by experienced & vetted coaches. All abilities welcome.

Please try to arrive 10 minutes before the class to allow time to change. Classes begin promptly at the time stated below.

What to bring

We want our facility to be as accessible as possible. And whilst we all get sweaty, there are a few things we can all do to make training fun for everyone.

Bring a gym towel, change of top and deodorant.

We don’t expect everyone to have wrestling boots or pads, but please do bring a clean pair of trainers if you don’t.

And don’t forget water. (Although we do sell bottles if you forget!)

The Elevation Wrestling Academy is located on the Cumberland Trading Estate in Loughborough, opposite the Loughborough Hospital.

We are:

  • 10 minutes drive from M1 Junction 23

  • 5 minutes walk from Loughborough Students Union

Finding us

If you’re travelling from the M1 and entering the Trading Estate from Hospital Way:

  1. Turn into the estate and turn right

  2. Continue to Yes Car Ltd. on your right

  3. Enter the Yes Car compound

If you’re travelling from the City Centre and entering from Cumberland Road:

  1. Enter the estate and turn left after AJ’s Motor Midlands Ltd.

  2. Continue to Yes Car Ltd. on your left

  3. Enter the Yes Car compound

Once in the Yes Car compound:

  1. Walk forwards 10 metres and turn left

  2. You will see two large garage doors - we are on the right

When you approach the Trading Estate, you should see the purple signs.

Parking

There is no parking available directly outside the Elevation Wrestling Academy. However, there is plenty of free parking available with an easy walking distance:

Cumberland Trading Estate

  • Limited parking is available within the Yes Car Compound after 5pm or on the Cumberland Trading Estate

  • Please be mindful not to obstruct the entrances to other businesses on the estate

Loughborough Urgent Care

  • There are no parking restrictions within the Loughborough Urgent Care car park

  • Always double check, as restrictions may change without our knowledge

Cumberland Road

  • There is limited on street parking available on Cumberland Road next to the playground

  • Be careful to avoid the spaces designated to Permit Holders
